The Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG is looking for a person for the Parsenn ski area starting from the winter season 2025/26 as:
Tenant: Mountain Restaurant Weissfluhjoch
The restaurant is located on the Weissfluhjoch at around 2,690 meters above sea level and offers an impressive mountain panorama. Due to its central location in the ski area, the restaurant is accessible from various sides and is reachable for both skiers/snowboarders and pedestrians. The restaurant is open in both winter and summer.
The leased property includes the self-service restaurant on the ground floor with 200 indoor and 150 outdoor seats, the panoramic restaurant on the first floor with 120 indoor seats, and the rooftop terrace on the second floor. The spacious kitchen with various production rooms is functionally equipped. In the basements, there are numerous storage and cooling rooms.
In the summer of 2025, the rooftop terrace will also be renovated and expanded and will be covered with a metal-glass construction. This will create around 80 seats and a bar in the covered indoor area, and around 60 seats in the outdoor area. This will create a gem in the heart of the ski area with a lot of potential.
