Team Leader / Shift Supervisor Production

For an established Swiss company in the food sector, which has been developing and producing high-quality specialties for retail and gastronomy for over 60 years, we are looking for an organisationally strong and empathetic leader to start immediately or by arrangement. In this position, you will shape the quality and efficiency of processes with a modern machine park and lead a motivated, multicultural team purposefully through the production day.

your tasks

• Personnel and professional management of the areas of production, filling and packaging
• Economic and efficient deployment planning of machines, equipment and employees
• Promotion of the team both professionally and personally and exemplifying a positive error culture
• Ensuring and complying with all hygiene, food, labour and health protection regulations
• Coordination of working and holiday times in the RTM time recording system and coordination of maintenance work
• Close cooperation with quality assurance and continuous optimisation of production processes
  

your skills

• Completed vocational training in the food industry and at least 3 years of solid leadership experience
• Communicative personality with strong social skills and a clear head in hectic times
• High quality and hygiene awareness, oriented towards the zero-error principle
• Reliable, flexible working style and willingness to actively help out in the company
• Confident handling of common IT systems
• Full willingness to work 2 shifts within an extended daytime working time
