Operations Management Cleaning Services Region Pratteln (100% permanent)
Here, you are needed as an organizational talent and doer. You recognize priorities, are used to working independently, and act in a service-oriented manner. After a good introduction, you will take on the following tasks:
- Technical and personnel management of employees in the properties
- Active assurance of customer satisfaction in the managed properties through high-quality work execution
- Efficient handling of complaints with consistent follow-up
- Responsibility for the efficient implementation of the agreed working hours in the property
- Support of the department management in complying with requirements regarding quality, environmental protection, and occupational safety
- Relief of the department management in work preparation, work allocation, and control of the work process in the property
What you bring:
- Experience in operations management
- Leadership experience (several years of professional and leadership experience in healthcare is an advantage)
- Resilience and high service orientation
- Reliability and assertiveness
- Confident and professional demeanor in dealing with customers and employees
- Very good spoken German skills are mandatory
- Foreign language skills desired
- Good PC skills
