Are you a communicative and networked thinker? Do you enjoy social security law issues? Our cheerful, motivated, and collegial team of the Legal and Appeal Service at the WAS Compensation Fund looks forward to meeting you. The position starts on November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You handle appeal and complaint procedures in the areas of AHVG, ELG, EOG, FamZG, PVG, and KVG.
- You apply civil and private law, SchKG, and tax law as needed.
- You draft appeal decisions and legal documents for the courts.
- You prepare criminal complaints to the public prosecutor's office.
- You provide information on legal questions to insured persons, parties to the proceedings, and the specialist department.
Your competencies
- You have a completed law degree.
- You preferably have experience in social security law.
- You are skilled in administrative procedures and drafting legal documents.
- You are communicative, empathetic, enjoy working in a team, and like interacting with people.
- You are a reliable, networked thinker and are accustomed to efficient and independent work.
