Main Responsibilities
- Responsibility for supervising a portfolio of asset management, retail, and medium-sized commercial banks
- Proactive, critical, risk-oriented, and timely monitoring using all available information
- Assessment of the risk situation, analysis of underlying causes, and development and implementation of measures
- Internal and external main contact person (Key Account Manager) for supervised institutions at all hierarchical levels
- Critical evaluation of risk analyses as well as development and approval of audit strategies of external audit firms
- Participation in on-site inspections, conducting business model analyses, and collaboration with internal departments
Profile
- University degree (business administration or equivalent) or training in the financial sector or equivalent qualification (e.g. certified auditor, CFA, FRM)
- Several years of experience in banks in control or risk units or with audit firms
- Strong analytical skills and structured working style
- Good communication skills and confident demeanour
- Committed, flexible, and team-oriented personality
- Very good German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (C1) and good knowledge of French or Italian (C1)
