What you will learn

You will learn and perfect the use of all programmes for creating print and non-print products during your training – from the first idea sketch through design conception and customer consultation to computer-assisted realisation.
This includes brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements for newspapers and magazines as well as other printed materials, just as much as digital photography, video editing and web design.

What you bring with you

Creative and design skills, ability to abstract, imagination and inventiveness

Enjoyment of digital work and experience with various media.
High willingness to learn and provide service.
Technical college entrance qualification/A-levels/state-certified design technician assistant*
Ideally, a driving licence class B.

What you can look forward to

Training remuneration (gross/month): 1st year €1,050 · 2nd year €1,150 · 3rd year €1,250. Plus €600 gross annually variable upon full target achievement. You will discuss your goals at the beginning of each year with your training supervisor. Figures gross, as of July 2026.
A trainee group that deserves the name: 12 trainees and dual students from several cohorts. This is not a given in consulting — so there is always someone there from whom you can learn.
Sponsorship programme: A fixed contact person from the trainee group from day 1, independent of your training management.
Biannual development discussions with your supervisor — structured, with written results, not just informal chats.
UNITYacademy from day 1: For example, take courses on marketing fundamentals or project management.
Trainee events: Sailing trip, joint Libori visit, escape room and much more.
