We are looking for a

Student Assistant in Taxation 20–40 %

starting immediately or by arrangement for one to three years, based in Glarus.

Tasks

• Support of the legal service in tax law matters
• Collaboration in objection, appeal, and assessment procedures
• Legal research as well as drafting of documents and opinions
• Support in legislative and special projects
• Independent management of supplementary and penalty tax procedures
• Review of tax exemption applications

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in law (Bachelor or Master)
• Interest in public law and tax law
• Precise, structured, and independent working style
• Confident written expression
• Good IT user skills
• Discreet, reliable, and team-oriented personality
