Your responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate banquets, cocktails, receptions, and corporate events
- Serve and clear guests in the restaurant with table service/banquet service
- Supervise the teams in the dining area (setup, reception, service, clearing)
- Ensure the customer experience from the welcome to the end of the event
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen, logistics, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Guide, motivate, and train teams to ensure smooth and impeccable service
- You work and participate both as a team and independently in the execution of various internal/external events
- General cleaning tasks
- Compliance with legal standards
- Continuous working hours in the morning or evening as well as every other weekend
Your profile
- 2 - 3 years of confirmed experience as a Head Waiter in a 4 or 5-star establishment in banquet service
- Spoken and written French & English required at B2-C1 level
- You enjoy teamwork
- You have a high adaptability and good physical and stress resistance
- Impeccable presentation
