Property Manager, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will independently manage an interesting portfolio of properties, consisting of residential and commercial buildings
• You will be responsible for handling initial and re-lettings and conduct inspections and handovers
• You will also take responsibility for the strategic development of the properties as well as for the budget
• Preparing service charge statements is also part of your varied range of tasks
• Additionally, you will conduct lease negotiations and lease adjustments and be the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and external stakeholders
• If suitable and interested, project-specific tasks can also be taken on
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed commercial training
• You have also completed or are pursuing further training as a certified property manager FA
• Solid professional experience in property management as well as a category B driving licence are required
• Do you consider yourself a resilient, responsible, and structured professional with a strong service orientation?
