Operations Manager for Maintenance Cleaning (m/f/d) 100%
To strengthen our team in Basel City, we are looking for a:n immediately or by arrangement.
YOUR TASKS
- You proactively take care of our customers and maintain regular contact to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- You take responsibility for the care and leadership of employees as well as the recruitment of new personnel and their smooth onboarding.
- You conduct regular quality checks and initiate optimization measures on customer sites as needed.
- You establish efficient cleaning processes and monitor their correct implementation. You are also responsible for compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Time control and recording as well as the creation of deployment and vacation planning for your team are also part of your responsibilities.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed training as a building cleaning specialist FA, facility management specialist FA, logistics specialist FA, or in the commercial sector with a pronounced interest in cleaning.
- Business and entrepreneurial thinking and acting characterize your work style.
- Your negotiation and sales skills convince customers and business partners. A high quality awareness is self-evident for you.
- You have good MS Office skills and an affinity for IT, and your German language skills are at least at level B2.
- You work independently and reliably and hold a driver's license of category B.
- Willingness to work late evenings and occasionally on Saturdays.
