Business Controller Energy, Mobility & Telecom (m/f/d)

With your understanding of controlling, project business and business management contexts, you provide decision-making bases, create transparency and set impulses for the further development of our Business Unit EMT.

Your field of activity

• You analyse monthly financial statements and derive business management impulses for the control of the Business Unit.
• You accompany project reviews and assess projects in terms of margin, costs, risks as well as optimisation and efficiency potentials.
• You monitor cash flow, working capital and other finance-relevant key figures.
• You manage budget, forecast and medium-term planning at the business unit / Business Unit level.
• You ensure the quality and plausibility of actual, planning and reporting processes.
• You prepare calculations, business cases and profitability analyses and act as a sparring partner for managers and Group Controlling.

Your strengths

• You have a degree in business administration or a comparable further education with a focus on controlling and accounting.
• You bring several years of experience in controlling or a comparable finance-related environment - ideally in project business.
• You have sound experience in project reviews, project controlling as well as budget and forecast processes.
• You have very good knowledge of ERP and BI systems as well as business cases and profitability analyses; Abacus is a plus.
• You work analytically, structured and independently, communicate appropriately for the target audience and enjoy working in a technically oriented environment.
