What awaits you:
- Strategic Business Partnering: You advise and support managers and employees at our headquarters in Zurich-Oerlikon in all people matters and act as a trusted, strategic link to the business.
Lead Talent Attraction: You are responsible for the strategic orientation of talent acquisition for the German-speaking part of Switzerland and manage the end-to-end recruiting process in close collaboration with our competence centre.
Data-driven impulses: You monitor people and recruitment KPIs (e.g. Time to Hire, Diversity, Quality of Hire), derive targeted measures and actively strengthen our employer brand.
Team leadership & leadership: You take on the professional and personnel leadership as well as the targeted development of an employee in the area of talent attraction (employer branding, cooperation with universities).
Close sparring at eye level: You report directly to the Head Talent Central Europe West (CEW), work closely with the Business Partner Team Switzerland and actively drive cross-functional people projects forward.
What you bring:
- Solid education: You have successfully completed a master’s degree in psychology, human resources management, business administration or a comparable field.
Talent background & willingness to change: You bring several years of experience in talent management, strategic talent acquisition or L&D and are eager to successfully apply this expertise now in business partnering or vice versa.
Leadership & consulting competence: You have proven experience in leading teams and projects and communicate with strong advisory skills and confidence at all hierarchy levels up to senior management.
Digital & analytical mindset: You use proven as well as new technologies purposefully (AI, SuccessFactors, SAP, etc.) and have strong analytical skills in dealing with people metrics for data-based decision-making.
Growth mindset & mobility: A pronounced "People Value Creation" attitude, empathy, flexibility and networked thinking characterise your working style. In addition, you are fluent in German and English and bring regional mobility.
