About the job

• Support and counselling of adult residents of asylum accommodations in the canton of Schwyz
• Potential assessment and allocation of the offers of the integration agenda regarding social, educational and professional integration
• Case management and correspondence in the case processing system
• Social support and referral to the responsible contact persons
• Preparation of social assistance budgets
• Ensuring the subsidiarity principle (social insurances, subsidies, etc.)
• Support with various administrative tasks and cooperation with other institutions
• Contact person for external agencies

• Completed training in social pedagogy / social work (HF/FH) / diploma as educator (HF/FH) / bachelor in psychology or bachelor in sociology
• Further training in case management and/or integration topics is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in social counselling
• Good knowledge of social and asylum systems, high intercultural sensitivity and competence in dealing with vulnerable persons
• Knowledge of integration offers in the canton of Schwyz is an advantage
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as good oral skills in another national language and/or English
• IT skills, ideally with case management software Tutoris
• Resilient personality, high sense of responsibility and commitment – the person is at the centre for you
• Confident appearance, strong in communication and relationship building
