The Group has strong development ambitions for PAA for the coming years. In line with these strategic initiatives, Pictet Alternative Advisors is looking to hire a Team Assistant to provide essential support and assist in enhancing team coordination.
Your role
- Assisting the Head of Real Estate and the Head of Hedge Funds, along with their teams, in scheduling and organising meetings and team activities.
- Offering general support for team-related events and activities, promoting collaboration across the organisation.
- Aiding in the coordination of agendas for team meetings to ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation and presentations for internal meetings.
- Managing phone calls and addressing inquiries from a range of contacts, both internal and external.
- Supporting overall team operations and contributing to various projects and initiatives as required.
Your profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a team assistant in an asset management, banking, or financial services environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in common IT applications, particularly MS Office.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

In addition to having a high degree of initiative, you will be conscientious, trustworthy flexible and be a team player. You will develop in a dynamic and demanding environment requiring anticipation skills and quick thinking.
