To fulfil this mission, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person for the IT team!
- 3rd-level support and system status: Function as the highest escalation point for complex infrastructure issues in on-premises and GCP environments.
- Network and security architecture: Design secure network topologies including firewalls, load balancers, VPCs, and routing protocols.
- Standards and documentation: Define technical guidelines, including naming conventions, IPAM, and system hardening measures.
- Active participation in the 24/7 IT on-call service. Willingness to perform maintenance outside regular business hours and occasionally travel to resorts to carry out on-site tasks.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in cloud, infrastructure and/or IT security/governance
- Attitude: You are a solution-oriented team player with a practical mentality who understands security as a service for the company.
- You communicate confidently in German and speak fluent English.
- Additional experience in software development and/or further certifications (in the relevant areas) are advantageous.
- A modern open-plan office with good transport connections

Profile
- Solid education with a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or a professional qualification in IT (EFZ/HF/FH)- At least 5 years of professional experience in cloud, infrastructure and/or IT security/governance
- Attitude: You are a solution-oriented team player with a practical mentality who understands security as a service for the company.
- You communicate confidently in German and speak fluent English.
- Additional experience in software development and/or further certifications (in the relevant areas) are advantageous.
