Clerk Internal Sales Climate/Cooling (Münsingen or Zurich)
For our Climate/Cooling department we are looking for
Your field of activity
- Telephone customer advice and customer support
- Ensuring the flow of information from or to customers
- Preparing offers for fan coils, split air conditioners, climate cabinets as well as standard chilled water units/large heat pumps
- Recording orders and independently processing customer inquiries
Your backpack
- Completed training in the building services engineering sector (preferably as a refrigeration planner, refrigeration mechanic, heating planner or heating mechanic)
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Good communication skills and a friendly telephone manner
- Enjoy working as a team player in a team
- Very good German skills, English and French skills are an advantage
