Reference: CLS/RH/2026.740 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: 12-hour shifts + occasionally 7am-4pm and 11am-8pm shifts / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

What will you be expected to do?
- Ensure the proper execution of delegated medical acts and take responsibility by demonstrating mastery of technical skills,
- Be able to adapt to situations of varying complexity and/or fluctuations in workload,
- Develop meticulous observation to prevent and anticipate any complications,
- Ability to communicate and coordinate care within an interprofessional team and with the patient and their relatives,
- Ensure initiatives to improve the efficiency of nursing care based on scientific evidence and develop self-assessment and learning skills.

What do we expect from you?
Essentials:
- Hold a HES nursing diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in intensive care or resuscitation
- Ability to manage stress in emergency situations
- Ease in handovers and excellent communication skills with clear and situation-appropriate expression
Your assets:
- Experience and versatility in various medical and surgical disciplines
- Sense of responsibility and demonstrate dynamism, rigor, anticipation, precision, autonomy, and loyalty
- Scientific, technical, and human skills enabling work in a multidisciplinary team
- Holder of a Post-Diploma Certificate in intermediate and continuous care (CPDSI)
