Workshop Manager 100%

• Personnel and technical management of the final assembly/workshop department (approx. 10 employees)
• Monitoring and final inspection of vehicles as well as quality assurance of installations
• Ensuring timely delivery of vehicles
• Leadership, deployment planning and further development of employees
• Ensuring and compliance with quality standards

• Completed basic craft or technical training
• Several years of professional experience in technical professions
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable function
• Experience in quality assurance as well as in organizing workshop processes
• Structured, solution-oriented and resilient personality
