Job Description
Within one of the largest private law pension funds in French-speaking Switzerland, covering more than 23,000 insured persons of the Swatch Group, we are looking for a:
Administrative Manager of the Mortgage and Disadvantaged Service (DE and FR)
(70 - 80%)
Do you enjoy managing real estate financing files and taking on new challenges? Would you like to contribute to the development of our mortgage service, implement your ideas, and grow within a small, forward-looking team? Then you are in the right place.
Your main tasks
- You will manage mortgage loan applications, from file analysis to decision preparation.
- You will ensure the administration of mortgage loans (contracts, notes, interest invoicing, renewals, and file follow-up).
- You will handle mortgage loan terminations and liaise with notaries, banks, and partner institutions.
- You will guarantee rigorous administrative follow-up of files, banking operations, and archiving.
- You will advise the insured and maintain contacts with our partners as well as correspondence in French and German.
- You will prepare applications for the disadvantaged for the employer foundations.
- You will contribute to the continuity of the Fund’s administrative activities by covering for the receptionist during absences.
Your profile
- Experience in banking, accounting, or finance is desirable.
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training.
- Experience in managing mortgage or real estate files is an advantage.
- Excellent command of French and Swiss German (spoken and written) is essential.
- Comfortable with numbers, sharp analytical mind, rigor, and versatility.
- Autonomy and a service-oriented mindset.
