Activities
- Conventional grinding of standard tools and re-sharpening using 5-axis grinding machines
- CAM programming and machine setup
- Performing basic mechanical tasks such as turning, milling, and cylindrical grinding
- Cleaning the tools to be processed
- Independent tool inspection and measurement
- Maintenance of processing machines
Requirements
- Completed basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or production mechanic EFZ
- Experience in the production of small series and individual parts
- Good knowledge of German
- Precise and solution-oriented working method
- Team player, motivated, flexible, and reliable
