About the job
- You support the site management and the Northern Centres Directorate in various administrative matters.
- Likewise, you prepare analyses, presentations, reports, statistics, and project documents for the site management and the Northern Centres Directorate.
- You assist the management in planning and organising training sessions, information events, and functions.
- You actively participate in process implementations and optimisations.
- You help ensure smooth operations to relieve the therapeutic staff.
- You need commercial vocational experience for a business administration degree or are about to complete your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, health economics, or a similar field.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) as well as very good IT user skills.
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is an advantage.
- You work independently, responsibly, in a structured, precise, and solution-oriented manner.
- Additionally, you are willing to learn, communicative, motivated, and enjoy analysing complex contexts.
- You are available for 12 months.
With around 1,400 employees, we ensure accessible, personal, and effective psychiatric treatments and care for adults at our nine company locations in the cantons of St. Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden as well as in the Principality of Liechtenstein.
