Our swimming pool, newly renovated in 2025, is used for therapies, staff sports, third parties (clubs), and by the public.

These are your tasks

• Monitoring the swimming operations and ensuring safety and order
• Providing first aid and life-saving immediate measures in emergencies
• Providing information to guests about the infrastructure and services
• Assisting swimmers with disabilities
• Responsibility for and promotion of a customer-friendly atmosphere
• Cleaning the indoor pool
• Supporting the implementation of swimming courses
• Monitoring and controlling technical equipment and hygienic conditions
• Managing the material pool (and cleaning materials)

What distinguishes you

• You hold the SLRG Pool Plus rescue brevet [LB1.1] or igba Pro and have successfully completed BLS-AED training.
• You are responsible and reliable and are characterised by your affinity for water sports as well as your enjoyment in dealing with swimmers.
• You bring experience in a comparable role.
• You are flexible regarding working hours and are also willing to work at weekends.

The Swiss Paraplegic Centre in Nottwil is a private, nationally and internationally recognised specialist clinic for paraplegia, spinal and respiratory medicine.
