Medical Secretary for CRS Interregional Transfusion
For our Lausanne laboratory, 60% spread over 5 days, one-year fixed-term contract with possibility of evolution to a permanent contract.
We are looking for a new person for the secretariat of our Transfusion Medicine Unit (UMT), based at the CHUV, starting 1 June 2026 or to be agreed. Do not hesitate to apply to join a great motivated and dynamic team!
Context
CRS Interregional Transfusion supplies the regions of Bern, Vaud and Valais with blood products. The key skills of our approximately 360 collaborators are collection, processing, analysis and provision of blood products, as well as diagnosis and advice in the field of transfusion medicine.
Mission
- Ensure the administrative management of the analysis results of our laboratory (data entry control, sending results, filing)
- Respond to doctors' requests, draft various documents and correspondence
- Support the laboratory team with various administrative tasks
- Keep documents, lists, client data up to date and manage them, as well as inventory and statistics. Work closely with the billing department
- Carry out various secretarial duties.
Profile
- Commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or equivalent qualification, several years of experience in the medical field required
- Medical secretary training and knowledge of quality management are an asset
- Proficiency in IT tools and excellent organisation
- Good prioritisation and stress management, thoroughness and speed
- Interpersonal ease, communication, openness, team spirit and discretion.
