Residential Home Solothurn
Your tasks
- Supporting the 72 residents together with a colleague during the night from 20:45 to 07:15
- Co-responsible for the safety of the residents during the night
- Point of contact for external locations
- Documentation of relevant incidents during the night and handover report to management
Your profile
- Minimum age 25 years, career changers welcome
- Interest in and access to people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to respond empathetically to constantly changing situations and personalities
