- Analysis, conception and successful solution development
- Project management and support of change management processes

- You have at least 2 years of external consulting experience, ideally in healthcare or public administration.
- You are willing to travel extensively within Switzerland.
- You appreciate close collaboration on site with clients or in the modern Zurich office. Direct, personal exchange is a central pillar of the corporate culture, which is why this position is not designed for home office.

Tasks
To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for committed and experienced consultants who set standards as IT consultants. Your focus will be on the following areas:- Analysis, conception and successful solution development
- Project management and support of change management processes
- Development of innovative IT and digitalisation solutions
- Active process and organisational development
Profile
- You have a completed Master’s degree.- You have at least 2 years of external consulting experience, ideally in healthcare or public administration.
- You are willing to travel extensively within Switzerland.
