Your future area of activity
- Independent management of a service station in the restaurant, for breakfast or banquets – with overview, speed and precision.
- Personalised welcome and competent advice to our guests – you accompany them throughout the service with style and friendliness.
- Supervision and support of commis and demi-chefs de rang – you coordinate your team and work closely with the kitchen, bar and events.
- Ensuring quality, cleanliness and smooth operation – you apply our standards and contribute to their improvement.
- Active upselling thanks to in-depth product knowledge and a sense of customer expectations.
- Handling administrative tasks – for example, shift handover, small orders or inventory support.
Your profile
- Complete diploma in hospitality or catering.
- Several years of professional experience in service.
- Strong hospitality qualities and professional presentation.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit and organisational sense.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage offerings, ideally with wine knowledge.
- Excellent command of German; English skills are an advantage.
