Tasks

• You care for and support clients according to their needs
• You adhere to the institution's guidelines and follow the instructions of the general practitioners
• You independently ensure needs-oriented, appropriate, and professional care and advice at home, including consideration of the social environment
• The workload is, depending on preference, between 50 and 100%

Requirements

• You have training as a nurse or health specialist
• You have already gained professional experience in long-term or acute care
• If you enjoy working independently, competently, and responsibly in your care service, ...
