To strengthen our team in the Broker & Partner German-speaking Switzerland department based in Dübendorf (near Stettbach S-Bahn station) and to provide our customers with high-quality services, we are looking for a customer support employee in the private customer and corporate sector without BVG.

These diverse tasks await you:

• You create quotes and process insurance applications in the non-life sectors, especially in the corporate sector.
• You professionally support and assist our insurance brokers and broker supervisors.
• You have direct contact with brokers and customers by phone.
• You support customer support in the professional area in all non-life sectors.
• You take care of portfolio management, renewals, and the processing of restructurings.
• You take on tasks in premium accounting and correspondence.
• You assist in the preparation of cooperation agreements and take on administrative as well as marketing tasks.
• You actively participate in projects.

• Independent and self-reliant work are among your key strengths.
• You have completed training in the insurance industry and the VBV including the life module; a federal specialist certificate is an advantage.
• Your German is stylistically confident in spoken and written form.
• French and English are an advantage.
• You work independently, flexibly, and are both sales- and customer-oriented.
