As a direct contact person for all matters relating to orders, you hold a key position between DIWISA, regional sales managers, and our customers. You face the daily challenge of advising, receiving, and processing various orders. Do you enjoy working flexibly, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, even in hectic times? Nothing easily unsettles you? Then we are looking for you.

YOUR TASKS
- Administrative handling of order processing
- Telephone advice to our customers from all over Switzerland
- Interface function to trade marketing and sales
- Implementation and support of promotions with the field service
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed vocational training
- Availability to work on the two fixed working days (Mon & Tue, Wed during holiday cover)
- Experience in administrative areas, IT skills
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and customer-oriented behaviour
- Enthusiasm for beverages and spirits
- Precise and efficient working style
- Very good German skills, French and Italian are an advantage
