The Negishi Sushi Bar, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue at Stadelhofen station in Zurich exudes the flair of a Parisian bistro from the 60s and offers 112 seats on two floors indoors as well as an additional 11 to 18 seats outdoors.

Cleaning the kitchen and washing dishes 🧽
Supporting production tasks in the kitchen 🍳

Maintaining order in storage and kitchen 🗄️
Supporting the preparation of mise en place for lunch and dinner service 🍴
Your talents & experience:
Several years of experience in the kitchen 👨🍳
Good German language skills in speaking 🗣️
