- Independent, professional, and individual care and support of patients in neurology, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, and ear-nose-throat clinics in non-complex patient situations
- Close collaboration with the certified nursing specialist in complex patient situations
- Supervision and support of trainees in Health Specialist
- Deployment in the areas of care, support, and housekeeping, secretariat as a substitute
- Shaping an active and positive team and clinic culture
