Our mission: We safely power your flight. As a Quality Inspector Kitting you will carry out a visual inspection of the parts or modules for transportation damage. You will check the documents for correctness, whether the required quantity of parts or modules is available, create labels in SAP for unserviceable parts or modules. You will ensure that the required standards are met and that the technical Onlog in SAP is correct.
Your tasks
- Inspect engine parts and modules for transport damage and verify quantities
- Complete and review SAP Onlog structures and LLP (Life Limited Parts) sheets
- Coordinate material exchange and returns in collaboration with the Material Coordination team
- Communicate with Engineering and Material Master teams regarding SAP data updates
- Store parts and modules in designated areas and complete all required technical and administrative documentation
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of tasks, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement
Your Profile
- Completed technical apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
- Self-disciplined, responsible, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a quality-focused industry
- Strong quality and safety mindset with high attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work in a 2-shift system
- English language skills at B2 level; German language skills are an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
