What is the role about?
You optimize manufacturing processes in assembly and welding technology and specifically introduce new technologies. At the same time, you ensure clear workflows, stable quality, and a high-performance machine park – in close cooperation with design, production, and quality assurance.
What tasks will you take on?
- You optimize manufacturing processes in assembly and welding technology and specifically develop our plant equipment further.
- You analyze production processes, identify improvement potentials, and efficiently introduce new technologies.
- You troubleshoot malfunctions and downtimes and quickly ensure the operation of the plant again.
- You create and maintain clear work and procedural instructions for safe and efficient workflows.
- You ensure quality, costs, and deadlines, accompany commissioning, and work closely with design, production, and quality assurance – including responsibility for TPM management.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a technical basic education and further training as a technician HF – ideally in process technology, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or welding technology.
- You bring solid experience in process assembly and modern welding technologies such as MIG/MAG, TIG, robotic welding, or laser welding.
- You master production planning, lean methods, and quality assurance and confidently apply them in everyday work.
- You work proficiently with CAD/CAM systems as well as MS Office and use these tools to efficiently further develop processes.
- You convince through communication skills, structure, high initiative – and through your pronounced tinkering spirit for intelligent process solutions.
