About the job
Tasks
- Responsible for leading employees in shift work
- Monitor and control occupational safety, quality and key figures within the area of responsibility
- Participate in production and personnel planning
- Participate in investment projects as well as implementation of CIP/Lean projects
- Coordination and consultation with internal interfaces
Requirements
- Successfully completed training in the food industry or a technical education (HFP / industrial foreman advantageous)
- Experience in leading employees
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in food production
- Technical understanding and experience with plant control systems advantageous
- Good PC skills (MS Office), SAP advantageous
