You are responsible for revising and updating our knowledge database, compiling monthly statistics and evaluations, and supporting the team in optimizing workflows.

These are your tasks
- Preparation of monthly support statistics (KPIs and FTE forecast).
- Revision, maintenance, and ongoing updating of the support knowledge database in Confluence and SharePoint.
- Participation in recurring meetings and corresponding follow-up (support EPICs, process organization and documentation).
- Support the team in various matters with a focus on optimizing workflows.
- Assumption of administrative tasks such as planning office days, managing planned and unplanned absences, and carrying out monthly ticket billing.
What you bring
- Current studies (Bachelor or Master) in business or computer science
- Technology affinity and interest in digital payment methods
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills, service orientation, networked thinking as well as flexibility and precise working style
- Enjoy working in a team
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
