To continue providing optimal service to our external clients at the four locations in Appenzell, St. Gallen, Herisau, and Embrach, we are looking for a Team Leader Fiduciary 80-100% (m/f/d) for our Embrach location - starting March 2026 or by arrangement.
WHAT MOVES YOU
- You are responsible for the further development of the fiduciary department at the Embrach location
- You advise clients comprehensively and independently on all fiduciary matters
- You actively engage in market development and are responsible for acquisition activities
- You lead and develop the 3-4 team members
THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED
- You have a professional qualification as a federally certified fiduciary expert or an equivalent qualification
- You have enriched these professional skills with several years of professional and leadership experience
- You are familiar with Abacus and all MS Office applications
- You possess strong organizational talent and a precise, reliable working style
- You are characterized by communication skills, team spirit, and empathy
- With your winning demeanor, you motivate those around you and create a positive atmosphere
- You demonstrate flexibility and resilience daily
