The Stability department is an integral part of the life cycle management of pharmaceutical active ingredients and covers a broad spectrum of tasks – from collaboration with our production facilities, organising the execution of studies, analyses, customer contact, to the preparation of stability reports.

We are looking for a

Project Manager Stability (m/f/d)

• Responsible for the life cycle management of stability studies from the preparation of cost estimates for the offer
• Feasibility analysis and preparation of plans and reports according to ICH guidelines in English and in close cooperation with our customers
• Responsible for the evaluation and assessment of stability data of pharmaceutical active ingredients, raw materials, and intermediates
• Investigation and assessment of analytical deviations or OOS-/OOT-/OOE-results from stability studies
• Setting up and maintaining stability studies in the LIMS

• Completed degree in chemistry or pharmacy with good knowledge of analytical or organic chemistry
• Flair for organisational processes, structures, and control procedures
• Self-responsibility, reliability, independence, and precise working style
• Pragmatic and flexible to adapt quickly to changing situations
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
