Your tasks at the reception include:
o Welcoming our guests / Check-In Check-Out
o Friendly communication during incoming calls and handling requests.
Your tasks in the service area include:
o Organization, supervision and assistance in daily service operations
o (no own station).
o Welcoming and seating guests.
o Ensuring a smooth service process.
