Role Objective:

In this versatile position, you will accompany demanding façade projects from the initial idea to successful implementation. With your technical know-how and understanding of architecture and construction, you will develop economical, functional, and aesthetic solutions for modern building envelopes. You will ensure professional coordination of all project participants and high-quality project execution.

Your Tasks:

• Independent management of façade projects across all project phases
• Consultation and coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners, and contractors
• Development and elaboration of innovative façade and building envelope concepts
• Preparation of tenders and technical documents
• Conducting plan reviews and monitoring contractor performance on site
• Ensuring timely and high-quality project implementation

Your Profile:

• Completed training in metal construction, façade construction, or comparable technical qualification
• Interest in building envelopes, construction, and technical planning
• Experience in project environments is an advantage; independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Professional and confident appearance towards project partners
• Team-oriented personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
