• Responsibility for defined applications as well as central interface between business and IT
• Understanding of business requirements, prioritization together with stakeholders, and translation into sustainable IT solutions
• Advising departments on best practices, digitization, automation, and cost optimization

• Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of your applications – from introduction to further development 
• Ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operations and coordinating internal teams as well as external providers
• Analysis and optimization of end-to-end processes at the interface of business and IT
• Planning and controlling releases across all system environments
• Responsibility for release readiness, risk assessment, and go/no-go decisions
• Coordination of changes and deployments

• Leading and supporting projects in your application and process areas
• Supporting departments through training, support, and documentation

• Higher professional education as a business informatics specialist FH or equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Several years of experience as an IT Business Partner, Application Manager, or in a comparable role
• Experience in release management as well as coordination of changes and deployments is an advantage
• Very good knowledge in the analysis and optimization of end-to-end business processes
• Technical basic understanding of system architectures, interfaces, and operational processes
• Experience in managing external IT providers and managed services
• Basic understanding of IT security, vulnerability management, and patch processes
• Experience with ITIL processes (incident, change, release, problem management) is an advantage
• Understanding of modern operating models (cloud, hybrid, SaaS)
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as very good communication skills
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
