Your Tasks
- Holistic care and support of patients in acute psychiatric crisis, stress, and emergency situations
- Implementation of individual nursing and sociotherapeutic interventions according to evidence-based standards
- Promotion of resources and empowerment as well as co-creation of a healing-promoting environment
- Professional handling of challenging behavior through preventive interventions, de-escalation, and crisis intervention
- Consultation and involvement of relatives as well as close collaboration in the interprofessional team
- Documentation and evaluation of interventions according to quality and safety standards
Your Profile
- Completed training as Dipl. Nurse HF
- Preferably professional experience in acute psychiatry
