Your Tasks
- Planning, management, and coordination of projects on behalf of the department management while adhering to deadlines, costs, and quality requirements
- Further development and optimization of the process landscape of the Operations and Infrastructure department (BUI) and ensuring process documentation in BPM
- Supporting the department management in the strategic and needs-based development of hospital properties as well as providing property-related data for long-term planning
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of digital tools such as CAFM (Facility Management System) and BUI dashboard
- Close collaboration with technical, nursing, hospitality, IT, finance, and external partners as well as ensuring effective stakeholder management
- Coordination and support of the department management in administrative tasks along the service delivery processes
- Development and updating of concepts and work instructions
Your Profile
- Completed higher education in healthcare (e.g., certified nursing professional HF), facility management, architecture/construction, or a comparable technical or commercial field
- Several years of professional experience in project and process management, ideally in healthcare or real estate environment
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented working style
- High service orientation, negotiation skills, and strong communication abilities
- Very good IT user skills, especially in Microsoft
