Job Description
- Close collaboration with the CFO of ETA SA and the legal department of Swatch Group in Biel
- Advice and support for all departments of ETA SA, especially in the following areas: Human Resources, Purchasing, Product Development, Real Estate, and IT
- Accompaniment and monitoring of civil, administrative, and criminal proceedings
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts in all legal areas
- Responsible for contract completion (sending, receiving, reviewing, and obtaining signatures)
- Responsible for managing the central electronic contract management system

Professional Requirements
- Law degree in Switzerland (Master of Law), a lawyer's license is an advantage
- Initial professional experience (preferably in the industrial sector or a law firm)
Languages
- Native German or French speaker with very good oral skills in the other language as well as good English skills
