Apprenticeship Cook/Chef EFZ
This is what awaits you
- 3 years of solid training in the various kitchens of the Bürgenstock Resort, including graduation with a federal certificate of proficiency EFZ
- Working with high-quality, seasonal food from regional and international sources
- Learning to prepare dishes from A to Z and presenting them for the guests
- Implementing hygiene concepts, properly dating and storing food, as well as receiving and checking fresh products
- Exciting development and career opportunities during and after the training
