In child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy (KJPP), children and adolescents with severe mental disorders are treated and cared for in an interdisciplinary team in a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic and milieu-therapeutic setting.
For the day clinic for children aged 5 to 15 years in the center of Zurich, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Professional, organizational, and personnel management of a team of about 12 employees (consisting of nursing professionals, social educators, trainees, and civil service personnel)
- Together with your team, you ensure best practice-oriented treatment quality, with the children at the center and their environment included
- You shape a patient-centered, multiprofessional, and integrative way of working in collaboration with your dual leadership partners
- Active participation in concept and project work
Your profile
- You have a completed, recognized professional training in the HF or FH field (recognition certificate for foreign degrees)
- Your new team benefits from your management experience, which you have ideally gained in youth psychiatric fields
- You value supporting your team in actively shaping a resource-oriented care process
