Activities
- Operational procurement of goods, consumables, and services taking into account the public procurement law for the city administration as well as external customers according to the Logistics Bern regulation
- Support of internal and external customers / processing customer orders in SAP
- Lead and support of rental materials Logistics Bern
- General demand and ordering management / operational order processing in SAP
- Invoice control and processing in SAP
- Assistance in building and developing the new purchasing organization with a focus on process creation and optimization
- Introduction and support of trainees
Profile
- Experience in operational procurement as well as SAP (SAP S/4 Hana advantageous)
- Preferably completed training as a purchasing clerk (or similar)
- High service and customer orientation and independent working style
- Confident handling of digital procurement tools and proficient use of MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
