You will
- be part of an interdisciplinary team and help to further develop our digital offerings and channels
- review and co-design our digital offerings and channels in terms of customer experience (CX)
- independently analyze issues and support the creation of concepts
- take responsibility for individual tasks (conceptual processing of topics, requirements gathering, testing, creating training materials) within our implementation projects
You bring
- initial professional experience and are currently studying at a university of applied sciences, university, or planning to start your studies
- knowledge in the field of customer centricity / customer experience (CX) and first experiences in analyzing customer journeys and optimizing the customer experience
- willingness to engage with new issues in the areas of digital self-services and channel management
- organizational talent and an understanding of processes and economic contexts
- a quick grasp, conceptual thinking, and efficient working
- the ability to structure ideas and implement them in a presentation
