Your Scope for Creativity

• You analyse and develop a portfolio of flexibility products for BKW's distribution network, working closely with network operations, asset management, tariffing, and other interdisciplinary departments
• You take on product management and are responsible for the entire end-to-end process – from conception through implementation to execution – including customer advice, contract design, and success measurement
• Energy storage plays a key role: you build comprehensive expertise along the entire value chain – from network connection through network usage to billing
• You clarify regulatory issues, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and pass on your knowledge in internal training sessions
• With analyses, enthusiasm, and new ideas, you develop future-proof solutions for BKW and make an important contribution to the success of the energy transition

What You Bring

• You have a university degree in economics or business administration with a quantitative focus, love data, interconnected thinking, and the analysis of incentive structures
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in the electricity or energy industry – for example, in tariff calculation, asset management, or at a network operator
• Technical, economic, and regulatory issues excite you, you enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration, and you approach your tasks in a structured, analytical manner with a high standard of quality
• You can clearly and concisely explain complex interrelationships and convincingly advise different stakeholders up to management level
• You communicate clearly and appropriately in German. Very good knowledge of French and English is an advantage
