Installer / Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Installation and assembly of technical products at customers' premises

• Commissioning of security systems according to manufacturer specifications

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work

• Diagnosis and rectification of technical faults and error messages

• Training customers in the operation and maintenance of the products

• Recording and documenting service calls, assembly work and customer feedback

• Close cooperation with the customer service team and technical support for complex enquiries

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, assembly or comparable qualification

• Professional experience as an installer or service technician in field service is an advantage

• Sound knowledge in installation, assembly, maintenance and repair of technical products

• Good skills in troubleshooting and rectifying electronic or mechanical systems

• Strong customer orientation and communication skills

• Independent working style and organisational talent

• Driving licence class B (or equivalent)
