Team Leader Administration
Office for Property Valuation | 80-100 % | Chur or Davos
The Office for Property Valuation (AIB) conducts official valuations of properties in the canton at six locations.
The valuations are communicated to the owners. The data is also used by the cantonal and municipal tax authorities, the Graubünden building insurance, and the land registry offices. The municipal revision valuations take place every 10 years. In addition, owners can request a valuation at any time.
We are looking for a motivated Team Leader Administration for the locations Chur and Davos from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
- Personnel and professional leadership of 4 employees at the locations Chur and Davos
- Preparation, cleaning and recording of property data for the property valuers in the valuation system
- Issuing valuation decisions and fee invoices
- First point of contact for written and telephone enquiries
- Efficient handling of various administrative tasks
- Support of the valuation team in administrative matters
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of other cantonal languages is an advantage
- Confident use of modern IT tools
- Structured, independent and precise way of working
- Service- and solution-oriented personality, team spirit, commitment and initiative
- Leadership experience is an advantage
